Landlord
The Landlord is Schwartz immobile services GbR, Achterdiek 66 a, 26131 Oldenburg.
Confirmation & Payment
(i) The rental is not confirmed until you receive, via email or letter, confirmation from us on behalf of the Landlord.
(ii) The rent is to be paid in cash on arrival.
Cancellation
If you are unable to take up your rental for ANY reason then the following cancellation charges apply:

Prices
The landlord reserves the right to increase / decrease the daily room rates at his discretion. However once your booking has been confirmed, via email or letter, that price will not change.
- Arrival
Very important! Please, at least 2 days before your arrival contact the reception, Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, Kopenhagener Str. 72, phone:. +49 (0) 30-325 92 012 from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. in order to inform the landlord of your arrival time and to receive details of hand over of the key.
At other times or in an emergency please contact +49 (0)178-24 74 790 (Mr. Hoffmann) or +49 (0)172-134 74 46 (Mrs. Schwartz).
Arrivals should be between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. If that is not possible or there is a change of schedule at short notice please contact Mr. Hoffman as soon as possible.
No pets are not allowed.
- Departure
The property should be vacated by 10 a.m. on your day of departure.
We can arrange to look after your baggage at any time.
- Bookings
We act as agents for the owners of the accommodation which we describe on this website and in other material which we may supply to you. Any booking made through us gives rise to a contract between you and the owner of the accommodation.
The terms of the contract with the owner of the accommodation, including terms relating to cancellation and payment, will be set out in your booking confirmation.
- Limitation of Liability
In the case of a person who does not deal as a consumer, we shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty), strict liability or otherwise howsoever, for any loss of profit, business, contracts or revenues, or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of your use of our website.
In the case of a person who deals as a consumer, we shall not be liable to you:
(i) for losses which were not foreseeable to both you and us when we agreed to provide you with information or, where you asked us to book accommodation for you, at the time when we booked that accommodation;
(ii) for losses which were not caused by any breach of contract or breach of duty on our part;
(iii) This does not apply to any liability for injury to or death of any person, for which no limit applies within the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you enter our website, you agree that this clause relating to limitation of liability is reasonable and that it reflects the nature of a website. In particular, the nature of our site is merely an introduction to our company and the services we offer and, as a result, our website merely acts to provide basic information.
